Why Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic practice that looks at how the body, mind, and emotions are connected. It uses simple muscle monitoring to help identify areas of stress or imbalance. It is based on the idea that the body can hold onto emotional experiences as well as physical tension. A Kinesiology session is relaxed and conversational, and includes the use of  tools such as flower essences, essential oils or crystals (to name a few), all the while creating space to notice and clear the elements that have lead to patterns, habits, or reactions that may be influencing how someone feels or responds to situations.

When it comes to limiting beliefs and emotional blocks, kinesiology aims to bring awareness to what might be sitting beneath the surface. By gently exploring these patterns, people can begin to release old stress responses and feel more at ease moving forward. Many find it helpful for gaining clarity, building confidence, and feeling more aligned with their goals — all in a supportive, calm environment that encourages positive change without pressure.
