Terms & Conditions
All appointments require a $50.00 non refundable holding fee. This fee can be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment provided that advice is given prior to 8:30 am on the day of appointment. Any cancellations made after 8:30am on the day of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the holding fee.
